Monthly provision

Logient offers a bank of regular monthly hours for the client. The customer can choose to make requests from the list of maintenance services we offer. We plan time every month for your solution which allows us to offer you a better rate and prioritize you during emergencies.

No prerequisites are required to take advantage of this plan with a priority response time and resolution.

Bank of prepaid hours

Logient offers a bank of regular hours for the client. The client can choose to make requests from the list of maintenance services we offer. Buying a bank of hours allows us to offer you a better rate, but unlike a monthly provision, we can not plan resources ahead of time.

No prerequisites are required to take advantage of this plan with a response time subject to the availability of the team.
