The site was reviewed from the ground up: requirements, strategy, user experience, interface, and architecture. The new site was built with Kentico, based on a widgets architecture for content editors, and takes advantage of a modern EMS that works with the Multi-Prêts’s customized CRM. Moreover, it handles and adapts more than 400 broker microsites.
Thanks to the new site (available in French and English), users can quickly find mortgage brokers and offices based on their geographic location. Brokers are notified of information requests via text message, which accelerates processing. Dynamic calculators are available, the site’s appearance is daring, and it beautifully illustrates the company’s modern take on financial management. Moreover, there is a high number of monthly visitors – more than 100,000 per month.
