Logient has established a team of 6 people working on site for nearly 18 months. They first familiarized themselves with the company’s business practices, and then proceeded to the implementation of different projects, the most notable being the redesign and the technological upgrade of a heritage management site, as well as its integration into existing systems. The team utilized the Scrum methodology to combine both agility and innovation.


The integration of Logient’s resources with those of the client is proceeding well.
